This website (http://www.oecc.or.jp, hereinafter referred to as “this Site”) is operated by Overseas Environmental Cooperation Center, Japan (hereinafter referred to as “OECC”). Before you use this Site, please read the following terms of use. You use this Site only when you agree to the following terms. Please note that this terms of use may be revised without notice.
1. Intellectual Property Rights Including Copyrights
- Any intellectual property rights including copyrights of the information such as documents and pictures available on this Site (hereinafter referred to as “Contents”) shall belong to OECC. Copyrights of some of the Contents shall be held by original copyright holders.

2. Handling of Personal Information

3. Prohibited Matters

- ⅶ. Other acts that violates or could violates laws and regulations
- ⅷ. Other acts that OECC deems inappropriate
- The users shall agree that OECC may make a claim for damages against a user who violated the above.
4. Disclaimers
- OECC shall carefully prepare and manage all information posted on this Site. However, no guarantee is given as to the accuracy and completeness of such information.
- OECC may cease or discontinue the operation of this Site or revise all or part of the information posted on this Site without notice.
- OECC shall assume no responsibility for any damage caused by the fact that the user used this Site or the user could not use this Site for some reason or any damage caused relating to writing of data, unauthorized access, remarks, sending of e-mails, etc. by a third party.

7. Competent Court
- This terms of use shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
- In case of a dispute at the court, the first instance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
